Jeff Hardy was arrested Saturday, March 10th 2018 for driving while impaired, according to PWInsider. The arrest occurred in Concord, North Carolina.
Hardy was held by police for an hour before being released. In North Carolina, arrests for DWI include an immediate 30 day pre-trial revocation of driving privileges. Jeff is due in court on April 16th. Hardy has been out of action due to a torn labrum and a torn rotator cuff since September 2017.
Jey Uso was arrested for a DWI in January on a Sunday, but didn’t miss any time and was on SmackDown that Tuesday. At the time, WWE released a statement saying, “Joshua Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions. We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials.” No statement has been released about Jeff Hardy yet.
