WWE: Jeff Hardy Injured? Mandy Rose’s Gimmick, Rousey’s Singles Debut

Jeff Hardy Injured?

Jeff Hardy may have suffered some sort of injury during a dark match against The Miz at yesterday’s SmackDown Live.

Several reports from members of the audience said that Hardy appeared to injure his leg during his entrance and was noticeably limping throughout the entire match. A medical official then checked on Hardy after the match.

However, Hardy was able to wrestle an eight minute match, despite limping, and won via the Swanton Bomb.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet’s James McKenna, when WWE realized that Emma wasn’t going to work out in the “Emmalina” gimmick, Vince McMahon was “adamant” that Mandy Rose would be a good fit instead.

Ronda Rousey’s Singles Debut

Ronda Rousey is scheduled to wrestle Mickie James today at a WWE house show in Geneva, Switzerland. It’ll be her first official singles match in WWE.
