Fightful held a recent interview with “Hangman” Adam Page discussing his initial thoughts on All In, if the event will be a success, who is his dream opponent, and more.
On the topic of his initial thoughts for September’s All In event, Page stated he thought the Young Bucks were crazy and just joking around but quickly went on board with the idea.
“When Matt, Nick, and Cody started kinda’ halfway talking about it, I thought they were just psychopaths but I’ve done that 1000 times like, you guys aren’t serious; ‘Oh, you’re not kidding, okay, lets do it’. So yeah, I’m super excited about it now and I think this will be huge.”
On the topic of if All In will be successful, Page stated he believes it will be.
“I guess I’ve been around Nick, Matt, and Cody hearing them talk about it for the past year or whatever it’s been, and I know for a fact that it will be very good.”
On the topic of who he considers to be his dream opponent, Page mentioned Tessa Blanchard as his choice out of everyone booked for All In. In regards to his career in general, he was not willing to reveal who would be his choice.
“I think if we are talking about people who are booked, I think I would pick to wrestle Tessa. But I don’t know, maybe not. If we’re talking about the whole wrestling landscape, I don’t know if I wanna give you that answer.”
Other topics discussed included his thoughts on Flip Gordon, Cody answering Dave Meltzer’s challenge on Twitter, Cody and The Young Bucks’ work ethic, and his recent injuries.
