— WWE’s next investor conference call is November 4th, which will be two days after Election Day. That should be interesting to say the least.
— J-Woww’s segment on iMPACT! last night ran at the same time as a commercial break on Jersey Shore.
— While the final rating for last night’s episode of TNA iMPACT! has yet to be disclosed, the program averaged 1.90 million viewers. That is up from last week’s viewership so TNA will likely be in the 1.3 to 1.4 range this week. It was the program’s most watched episode since January 21st, which garnered 1.93 million viewers.
— Matt Hardy’s release today came shortly after he put up a YouTube video from a while ago that showed an unmasked Rey Mysterio eating lunch. Sources in the company believe that video among many other things these past few weeks are what led to his release. It should be noted that showing Rey unmasked is a major no-no in WWE. Hardy basically did everything he shouldn’t have done in order to get his release. That’s not the best way to go out but he asked for a release and they denied him so he went to ‘plan B’.
