Dean Ambrose Injury Status Update
As noted before, Dean Ambrose has been out of action for WWE since suffering a triceps injury last December. As part of his recovery process, Ambrose moved to Birmingham, Alabama last month in order to perform full time rehab on his triceps.
In an update to Ambrose’s injury situation, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson reported that Ambrose was seen several times over the course of the week at WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida rehabbing his triceps. Johnson also reported that it is not known if Ambrose was simply doing physical therapy or was also working to get back into in-ring shape for his eventual return.

WWE Did You Know – Charlotte and Alexas Bliss Championship PPV Streak
In a “WWE Did You Know” type fact, this Sunday’s WWE Money in the Bank event will be the first pay-per-view event since the current WWE brand split started at SummerSlam 2016 where neither Charlotte nor Alexa Bliss will be competing in a Women’s Championship match.
While Charlotte’s Women’s Championship pay-per-view match streak was broken at Backlash 2017, Sunday’s Money in the Bank event will be the first pay-per-view event since SummerSlam 2016 that Alexa Bliss will not be competing for her brand’s Women’s Championship match.
