Mauro Ranallo on Mae Young Classic Commentary
The current plan is to have Mauro Ranallo on commentary for the Mae Young Classic, according to PWInsider.
Last year’s Mae Young Classic was called by Jim Ross and Lita. JR said recently on his podcast that he didn’t feel like he did his best work on the show and hadn’t been contacted about doing it again this year.
Beth Phoenix did commentary on Mixed Match Challenge and at the women’s Royal Rumble, so she’s another possible commentator.

Nia Jax “Rehabbing”
Nia Jax posted a clip on her Instagram story saying that she was “rehabbing.” She tagged @ntrecovery, which is a company that sells “compression systems for athletes of all levels that need fresh legs faster.” So it doesn’t sound like she’s injured.
She’s been off TV since Extreme Rules on July 15.
