Cody Rhodes said on Twitter that he will wrestle in his final match for Ring of Honor at the ROH Final Battle PPV on December 16. He’s scheduled to face ROH World Champion Jay Lethal for the title.

Cody has said several times in the past few weeks that he won’t be wrestling for ROH next year. His contract actually expired last month, but he’s finishing out the rest of the year. He has also said that he’s “transitioning into a new role in pro wrestling.” He said that he can’t talk about it yet, but he’s very excited.
Cody suffered a torn meniscus earlier this week, but he’s planning on wrestling through it and will undergo surgery after NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 13 on January 4, 2019.
