— TNA tapes iMPACT! tonight in Orlando, Florida at Universal Studios. This will be for next week’s telecast.

— Jakks Pacific has halted their “Legends of the Ring” action figure line, due to poor response from major retailers. According to reports, WWE, UFC and TNA, retailers weren’t strongly into the idea of a fourth separate wrestling-centric toy line. The planned action figures will be added into the TNA action figure line in the future, so they are not being canceled.

— As noted late last night here on the website, TNA’s new referee Jackson James is actually Eric Bischoff’s son, Garrett. Garrett refereed the main event at TNA Turning Point (and screwed up) and kept his real identity a secret from most people in TNA up until recently.
