WWE: Sami Zayn Update, NXT Call-Ups Backstage at Raw, Birthdays

Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn is currently training at the WWE Performance in Orlando, working towards his return, according to PWInsider.

Zayn underwent shoulder surgery in June for a torn rotator cuff, then underwent rotator cuff surgery on his other shoulder in August. There was no return time given, but he did say, “I should be ready in time for WrestleMania.”

Last month, WWE played a teaser video saying that he and Kevin Owens would be “returning soon.”

NXT Call-Ups

EC3, Heavy Machinery, Nikki Cross and Lacey Evans are all backstage at Raw tonight, according to PWInsider.

No mention of Lars Sullivan…
