Rey Fenix was injured tonight at an AAW show in Austin, TX and was taken to a local hospital. It’s not known how serious the injury is yet, but AAW tweeted that he was taken to a local hospital “as a precaution.”
The injury happened during a Lucha Bros vs. AR Fox & Myron Reed match when Fenix hit a cutter on Reed, then appeared to hurt the back of his neck or head. The match immediately went to the finish, where Pentagon hit Fox with his finisher to win the match, also winning the AAW Tag Team titles for the Lucha Bros.
