Impact announced that former five time Knockouts Champion Madison Rayne is returning to the company and has signed a multi-year deal.
She had been with Ring of Honor but requested her release last week due to creative differences, according to PWInsider. She reportedly pitched several ideas to ROH, but they were shot down and she requested her release. ROH returned with alternate ideas, but she turned those down and again asked for her release, and it was granted.
She also wrestled in the Mae Young Classic last year, going by Ashley Rayne. She lost in the first round to Mercedes Martinez.
