Bret Hart
Bret Hart posted on Instagram after being attacked by a fan during the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.
Firstly I want to let everyone know that I am okay and was not injured.
Bret did get checked out at a hospital after the attack, likely as a precaution because he was reportedly experiencing hip pain, but he says he’s OK.
AJ Styles
As mentioned, AJ Styles was injured during his WrestleMania match against Randy Orton and he won’t be on SmackDown.
He’s scheduled to be medically evaluated today, according to PWInsider. The injury is thought to be either a hip or lower back injury and he was said to be in a lot of pain after WrestleMania.
Tanahashi
NJPW said that Hiroshi Tanahashi suffered an injury to his left elbow during his match against Zack Sabre Jr. on G1 Supercard on Saturday.
Hiroshi Tanahashi has suffered an injury to his left elbow, and will not be participating in the Road to Wrestling Dontaku Tour (beginning April 13) or Wrestling Dontaku itself (May 3-4), it was announced today.
Hiroyoshi Tenzan will also miss the same dates as he recovers from a knee injury. Both wrestlers will undergo evaluation and rehabilitation, with no set return date confirmed as of yet.
We apologize to fans who were looking forward to seeing both competitors wrestle, and appreciate your understanding.
