PPV Plans
There will be one more major AEW PPV this year after All Out, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
In 2020, the plan is to do four PPVs for the year, the Observer says. AEW president Tony Khan has previously talked about doing about four major PPVs per year, with a few additional streaming specials also possible, similar to Fyter Fest, which is not considered a major PPV and would presumably stream for free.
More TNT Programming Before Debut
Before AEW’s official TV debut on TNT on October 2, there are plans for “other programming” to also air on the network to give an introduction to AEW and help build up shows, according to the Observer.
Tag Team Tournament
The Young Bucks wrestled in what they said was their final independent wrestling match tonight at House of Glory’s High Intensity 8, defeating Private Party.
After the match, Matt Jackson announced that the Bucks would face Private Party again on AEW’s second TNT show on October 9 in Boston as part of the AEW Tag Team Championship tournament.
