Impact is implementing a new policy where they will pay for the cost of hotel rooms for wrestlers while on the road, according to PWInsider.
Hotels will be covered going forward, starting with next week’s TV tapings in Las Vegas.
Impact management told the roster back in May that the policy was something that they were working towards implementing to lessen the financial burden of being on the road.
WWE, which makes hundreds of millions of dollars a year in profits, typically does not cover the cost of hotel rooms for their wrestlers. It’s not clear what AEW’s policy is.
