Lana & Lashley’s Wedding Officiant Was Tackled by Security on Raw

Rick Malone, the actor who played Lana & Lashley’s wedding officiant, was tackled by security on Raw last night when he was apparently mistaken for a fan who was trying to get into the ring.

After AJ Styles defeated Akira Tozawa and Styles was walking backstage, the camera cut to the ring to show security tackling someone. It turned out to be the wedding officiant, who was trying to get into the ring for the next segment.

Malone posted about it on Facebook, saying, “In my defense, I was only trying to do my job and officiate the Bobby Lashley and Lana Wedding tonight but security wouldn’t let me into the ring so I had no other choice but to dive in headfirst!”
