— Wade Barrett vs. Big Show was announced last night on SmackDown! for next week’s show. Earlier in the evening, the former leader of The Nexus attacked Big Show, preventing him from winning the Fatal 4-Way No. 1 Contender’s Match.

— Jim Ross said on Twitter he’s heading to Florida Championship Wrestling’s Tampa facility next week to work with WWE developmental talent.

— Tickets for the Apr. 5 SmackDown! taping at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina go on sale Jan. 22 at 10:00 a.m. via Ticketmaster.
