Tony Khan Says AEW Was Originally Going to Be Called “World’s Best Wrestling”

AEW president Tony Khan was interviewed on the AEW Unrestricted podcast and revealed that his original idea was for AEW to be called “World’s Best Wrestling.”

It wasn’t exactly AEW to begin with. Actually, my first idea was something first called “World’s Best Wrestling.” At the end of the day, it’s a similar meaning to All Elite Wrestling, trying to say we’re doing great wrestling.
