WWE’s production schedule currently lists every NXT after WrestleMania on a Tuesday in the month of April, according to PWInsider, who cited multiple sources.
Last week, it was reported that the NXT after WrestleMania was scheduled to air on USA Network on a Tuesday, and it now appears that NXT will be moving to Tuesdays for at least a few weeks after that, and likely longer.
NHL games are reportedly set to move to USA Network at some point this year and would likely air on Wednesdays, which is thought to be the primary reason for NXT’s move. The NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs begin in May.
With Impact currently airing on Tuesdays at 8 PM ET on AXS TV, PWInsider speculated that they also “expect AXS TV to shift Impact programming to Thursdays so that series remains unopposed.”
