AEW has officially signed The Varsity Blonds – Brian Pillman Jr. and Griff Garrison – to full-time contracts, AEW announced today.

Both had been working for AEW on per-date deals, but are now signed full time.
Pillman had been under contract with Major League Wrestling, but his deal with them reportedly expired around this past week. Pillman last wrestled for MLW in March.
The third member of the Varsity Blonds, Julia Hart, was not mentioned in AEW’s announcement, so she’s presumably not under a full time deal with AEW at this time.
Pillman made his AEW debut in the Battle Royale at Double or Nothing in May 2019, while Garrison debuted in AEW on AEW Dark in June 2020.
I can’t describe how good it feels to see this after over a year of working my tail off to show my worth! This is just the beginning of a very long journey at AEW for me and of course the Varsity Blonds… We’re takin our talents to NORTH BEACH!!! 🔥🏈❤️ https://t.co/xDJHkYOZ7z
