AEW Dynamite will officially move to TBS on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, but AEW Rampage won’t be joining it on TBS as originally planned, according to a report by Variety.
The report says that Rampage will remain on TNT, airing Fridays at 10 PM ET.
Dynamite’s move to TBS was first announced in May and at the time, WarnerMedia said that Rampage would be joining it on TBS, but those plans have now reportedly changed.
Among the reasons why Dynamite is moving to TBS is NBA games on TNT causing Dynamite to be preempted several times this year, and TNT airing NHL games starting this coming season, which would have led to more preemptions.
