Carmella Reportedly Working Through An Unknown Injury

Carmella reportedly is currently dealing with an unknown injury, according to PWInsider.

Mike Johnson reported that Carmella has been working through this unknown injury for some time and the nature of this injury has yet to be confirmed. Johnson reported that this likely was the reason why Carmella was never tagged in by Queen Zelina during their Women’s Tag Team Championship match against Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. during this past Monday’s episode of RAW.

Johnson also reported that Carmella’s recent appearances were worked around to limit the amount of physical contact for her with Zelina Vega working the bulk of their recent matches. Carmella reportedly also did not work in WWE’s Holiday Tour last month due to these issues.

Johnson also reported that talent spoken to stated that they respect Carmella for gutting through and doing as much as she can despite being restricted in the amount of physical activity she is currently allowed to take part in.
