NXT’s Odyssey Jones recently underwent surgery for a ruptured patellar tendon in his knee and is expected to be out of action until this fall, Vic Joseph announced on commentary during last night’s NXT episode.
Jones suffered the injury two weeks ago during a match against Saurav on 205 Live. The match had to be stopped because of the injury and didn’t air.
On last week’s NXT, Jones showed up with crutches and a knee brace and there was a backstage angle where he was laid out backstage and Harland was shown standing over him, implying that Harland attacked him.
