Paige VanZant has officially signed an AEW contract.
As promised by Dan Lambert last week, VanZant signed a contract tonight on Dynamite.
She sat at ringside during the Sammy Guevara vs. Scorpio Sky main event for the TNT Championship and got involved in the match, attacking Tay Conti, who was outside the ring in Sammy’s corner. Paige’s attack on Tay played into the finish of the match, distracting Guevara and allowing Sky to hit him with his TKO finisher to win the TNT Championship.
Afterwards, VanZant put the contract on the fallen Conti’s “rear” and signed it.

VanZant’s first match originally looked like it was going to be against Brandi Rhodes last month, before Brandi and Cody left AEW, but now it obviously looks like it’s going to be against Conti.
