Pete Dunne Moved to SmackDown and Renamed “Butch”

Pete Dunne is now part of the SmackDown roster and will be known as “Butch”…

He first appeared on a backstage segment, introduced by Sheamus as “Butch,” an alleged long time friend of Sheamus and Ridge Holland.

He then accompanied Sheamus and Holland to the ring for their match against Big E & Kofi Kingston, which Sheamus and Holland won. After the match, “Butch” attacked Kofi.

Dunne had been working dark matches and matches on Main Event for the past several months and now has apparently been “called up” to SmackDown.
