Lacey Evans made her WWE return tonight on SmackDown in a backstage vignette.
Evans cut a promo talking about her difficult childhood where her father was abusive to her mother, so her mother left and she and Lacey lived in women’s shelters throughout much of her childhood. She talked about persevering and her experiences teaching her to not give up and helping her become a US Marine and WWE superstar.
Evans last wrestled in February of last year and had been away due to having a baby.
My legacy will be the truth. It will be raw & real. It will show the world what U R capable of, regardless of the cards stacked against you. It will be for the ones down & out before they even get a chance to play the game. Love it or hate it, It’s for the ones who need it. pic.twitter.com/UHpmnn79eL
