AEW’s upcoming console video game, which has been in development for a couple of years, is tentatively scheduled to be released in September of this year, according to Fightful Select.
Fightful stressed that this is a tentative date and a lot could change from now until September. They also say that there’s still “plenty of work to be done,” but September is widely regarded as the target date as of now within AEW.
Fightful also recently heard from some AEW talent who say that they may have arrived to the company too late to be included in the first run of the game.
AEW posted a teaser video of the game back in November 2020 when it was still in early development.
