Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 1,990,000 viewers on FOX, down from the previous week’s 2,084,000 viewers.
It drew a 0.48 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from last week’s 0.47.
As noted before, SmackDown drew a preliminary viewership of 2,392,000 viewers which included some of NFL’s viewership numbers to be counted towards SmackDown numbers due to several FOX television markets had preempted the show for NFL Preseason games coverage.
Last year’s SmackDown on August 27, 2021 drew 2,250,000 viewers. The August 28, 2020 episode drew 2,181,000 viewers.
