— The premiere for Trish Stratus’ movie Bail Enforcers took place at the Actionfest Film Festival over the weekend in Asheville, North Carolina. Edge and Tara were in attendance. The theater was approximately 40% full and the response was reportedly good from the wrestling and action film fans who attended. Stratus participated in the Q&A after the movie with the rest of the cast and the director. She was asked if she had any heat doing a non-WWE movie and she said no, and that WWE had agreed to promote the movie.
— Former WWE Diva Ashley Massaro no-showed Saturday’s K&S Wrestlefest “Super Saturday” event in Essington, Pennsylvania. Event organizers told fans she wasn’t able to make it. This is not the first time in which the former Playboy model has no-showed a wrestling convention as she bailed on a few bookings shortly after her departure from WWE two years ago. She also no-showed a K&S Wrestlefest event last July. We’ve heard rumors about drug usage but we’ll refrain from reporting what we’ve heard at this time.
