— Andre Davis has been charged with felonious assault after having sex many times with someone and not telling them he was HIV positive. Davis has worked in the Ohio area as a wrestler under the name Andre Heart. This is big news in the Cincinnati area, but he has yet to be identified in the news as an independent pro-wrestler. It also should be mentioned that Davis has done bloody matches in the past, so obviously many wrestlers from that area are worried because no one knows how long he has been HIV positive. Brandon Tolle, a referee in the area, is requesting that anyone who has worked with Davis to get themselves checked as soon as possible.
