Date & Location Announced for ROH Supercard of Honor 2023

Ring of Honor recently announced that this year’s Supercard of Honor event will be taking place on March 31st at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California.

It was also announced that tickets for this upcoming event will officially go on sale starting on January 27th.

This announcement was first made to the live crowd attending AEW’s Dynamite show on Wednesday at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

Ric Flair Comments on Potential of Him Wrestling Another Match in the Future

As noted before, Ric Flair had competed in the final match of his career for Jim Crockett Promotions at their Ric Flair’s Last Match event this past July in Nashville, Tennessee.

A recent episode of the To Be The Man podcast featured co-host Ric Flair’s thoughts on the potential of him wrestling another match in the future.

“I’m begging to do it again. I’m begging because I’ve told 100 people, ‘How do I forget to drink water all day long?’ That’s all that happened to me. You saw me. I drank five beers right after.”

Flair also stated that hydration-related issues was the main reason why his performance was negatively affected during his tag team match with Andrade El Idolo against Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett at his Last Match event.

“I can think of a lot of things I’ve screwed up and matches and, you know, things you would change. I just know that could’ve been golden. You know, I just happened to be dehydrated. I don’t know how I could’ve made that mistake because you know how much work I put in with Lethal. We had everything figured out, I mean, and we had so much more to do. God, it would have been great.”

Hiroshi Tanahashi Comments on Future of His Career

New Japan Pro Wrestling’s parent company Bushiroad recently held their New Year’s Grand Announcement press conference in Japan with Hiroshi Tanahashi among the guests. One of the topics discussed included Tanahashi’s thoughts on his career plans for 2023 and the future of his career.

“This year, I want to challenge for the IWGP World Heavyweight belt and become champion. I want to be a force that helps the pro wrestling world stand up from the hard times, so please continue to support me.

Why now? Because there is a lot of attention and spread today. Some people may think, ‘You’re already a [legend],’ but as long as I am a professional wrestler, I want to be a champion. If I no longer aim to be a champion, that’s when I think it’s time to retire. This is a statement of determination once again.”
