WWE reportedly fired Senior Vice President Of Talent Operations & Strategy James Kimball last week, according to Fightful Select.
It was reported that their sources stated that Kimball was recently involved in an incident that triggered a HR violation leading to his immediate termination from the company. No other details regarding the incident that led to his firing was given.
Prior to his firing, Kimball had been with WWE since August of 2020. Kimball first worked as WWE’s Vice President of Business Operations and then as their Senior Vice President of Global Strategy & Development before being promoted to his most recent role in the company. Kimball had been one of the key people involved in WWE’s Next In Line (NIL) collegiate talent recruitment program.
Kimball had previously worked in UFC for almost ten years in a variety of executive-level roles.
