Women’s Tag Team Showcase Match Update

Monday’s RAW show in Phoenix, Arizona featured the final women’s tag team officially added to the Women’s Tag Team Fatal Four-way Showcase match at this weekend’s WrestleMania 39 event in Inglewood, California.

During a backstage segment on the show, Chelsea Green complained again to Adam Pearce about not having a spot on the Women’s Tag Team Showcase match at WrestleMania 39. Sonya Deville interrupted and agreed with Green’s grievances and also bashed Pearce for being awful at his job as a WWE official. Pearce eventually became fed up with their badmouthing of him and told them to team up together since they would have a qualifier match on tonight’s show to earn a potential spot.

Green and Deville’s opponents were revealed to be Michin and Candice LeRae, which they defeated in a quick match and officially earned their spot in the Women’s Tag Team Showcase match.
