As noted before, AEW recently dropped their AEW Dark Elevation and Dark series on YouTube due to a new television deal with Warner Bros Discovery for their upcoming new weekly Collision series. This deal included terms giving WBD broadcast exclusivity for AEW’s in-ring programming.
Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that his sources stated that AEW officials are currently planning for AEW Rampage to turn into what their Dark Elevation and Dark series were in regards to being a showcase television series for their younger talent.
In regards to weekly taping plans, AEW officials reportedly are currently planning for Dynamite and Rampage to be taped together on Wednesday nights and for Collision and ROH TV to be taped together on Saturday nights.
