WWE reportedly is currently considering plans for next year’s Backlash event to take place in Paris, France, according to Fightful Select.
It was reported that their sources stated that several internal events schedules for 2024 within WWE currently have Paris listed as the host city for next year’s Backlash event. It was reported that while a deal has yet to be finalized for this event to be held in the city, this was something stated to have been “discussed heavily” within WWE.
Should Paris be officially announced as the host city, this would be the second year in a row that WWE would be holding a Backlash event outside of the United States, the first being this past May’s Backlash 2023 event that took place in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
