British indies wrestler Mad Kurt, real name Kurtis Chapman, passed away on Friday at the age of 26.
Champman’s passing was first announced by Revolution Pro Wrestling on Twitter.

We watched Kurtis grow from a child to a young man who loved professional wrestling and continued to excel in all aspects of his life.
One of the most gifted technical wrestlers, charismatic characters and magnetic personalities.
He will never be forgotten

Details regarding the cause of Chapman’s passing are currently not known.
Chapman’s career in wrestling spanned from 2014 to 2023 and was most known for his work in RevPro. Chapman also had worked for several other notable indies promotions such as PROGRESS Wrestling, International Pro Wrestling, Game Changer Wrestling, and Over The Top Wrestling. Chapman was also most known for his comedic work in the ring and antics out of the ring on social media which led to his “Mad Kurt” nickname.
Chapman’s career achievements and accolades included being a one time RevPro Undisputed British Cruiserweight Champion and a one time Resurgence Arthouse Champion.
