WWE reportedly is currently in the process of making big changes to their production for shows, according to Fightful Select.
It was reported that their sources stated that WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque had been planning to make big changes to WWE’s production style following the departure of longtime WWE Executive Producer Kevin Dunn from the company earlier this month.
It was reported that this change is based on Jeremy Borash assembling a new production team within WWE’s NXT brand over the past three years at the behest of Levesque. Borash’s new group reportedly had been operating discreetly outside of Dunn’s influence in the company.
It was also reported that Levesque has been pleased with the results from Borash’s new group and Dunn’s departure provided the opportunity to bring their new style of production across all of WWE’s televised shows.
It was also reported that this new change in style was first implemented at this past week’s RAW and SmackDown shows and showcases a new approach that prioritizes letting segments unfold organically on television.
