During Sunday’s WWE WrestleMania 40 Night 2 event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, WWE officially announced that they will be returning to Saudi Arabia for two events this May.
It was announced that the May 24th WWE SmackDown show will be airing live in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This will be the first time that WWE will be holding a SmackDown show in Saudi Arabia.
It was also announced that they will be holding a new King & Queen of the Ring tournament as its own Premium Live Event the following night on May 25th in Jeddah. This will be the first time since 2021 that WWE will be holding a King and Queen of the Ring tournament, which were won by Xavier Woods and Zelina Vega respectively.
