Fightful Select reported that their sources also confirmed that Page had recently signed a deal with WWE. Those spoken to reportedly stated that when Page had told some in the industry that he was looking to be a free agent by late Spring of this year, he had hoped that his exit from AEW would have gone unnoticed until he “appeared somewhere else” prior to the news of his exit becoming public.
In regards to Page’s NXT debut, it was reported that those within WWE were “immediately pleased” with Page’s debut and main roster sources stated that they were excited for him joining their company.
It was also reported that the future of Page’s recently revived Alpha-1 Wrestling promotion in Ontario, Canada is currently not known.
