As noted before, Jim Ross returned to AEW’s commentary team for this past June’s Forbidden Door 2024 following his hospitalization for breathing-related health issues for the second time in recent months. Besides breathing-related issues, Ross has been dealing with several other health-related issues in recent years including a broken hip injury and surgery, a fall incident, and a battle with skin cancer and surgery.
Ross provided an update earlier today on Twitter stating the he had underwent successful surgery on his wrist and is currently recovering.
