Sports Business Journal reported that those spoken to within WWE confirmed the new lineups for their commentary teams for their WWE RAW and SmackDown brands.
It was reported that WWE RAW’s new commentary team will be Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett. Tessitore and Barrett reportedly will officially start as the new commentary duo for RAW on September 2nd.
It was also reported that WWE SmackDown’s new commentary team will be Michael Cole and Corey Graves. Cole and Graves reportedly will officially start as the new commentary duo for SmackDown on September 13th.
It was also reported that these new commentary teams will remain in place until RAW’s move to Netflix in January of 2025. WWE previously announced that RAW’s commentary team for their debut on Netflix will be Michael Cole and Pat McAfee once McAfee returns from his current commitments with ESPN’s College GameDay show.
