The Rumored SummerSlam Main Event + Punk-WWE Update

— John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio is advertised for the July 30 Raw live event show at the Rockford MetroCentre in Rockford, Illinois. CM Punk, however, is not advertised for the show taking place in his home state. The Straight Edge Superstar has not renewed his contract with WWE, so it appears that if he does indeed leave the company, it would be by then.

— It should be noted that there’s been a lot of talk that Cena vs. Del Rio will be the main event of SummerSlam.

— The Tsongas Center in Lowell is advertising these matches for the WWE Supershow on June 17th, 2011:

* John Cena, The Big Show & Alex Riley vs. R-Truth, Alberto Del Rio & CM Punk
* Randy Orton vs. Christian for the World Heavyweight Championship

Also appearing are Kofi Kingston, Sin Cara, Dolph Ziggler & Kelly Kelly.
