Brock Lesnar had surgery done last Friday at the Mayo Clinic to take out a foot-long portion of his colon due to his ongoing fight with diverticulitis.
Lesnar is expected to be out of the UFC until at least January of 2012. It is also expected that this will push back his planned book signing tour for his autobiography Death Clutch.
“He said he’s a little sore, but the operation was a huge success,” said Dana White during the UFC 130 post fight presser.
