As noted before, WWE recently moved the location of their upcoming October 8th NXT show from its originally announced location of the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri to a new location of The Factory at The District in Chesterfield, Missouri due to issues believed to be due to low ticket sales for the show.
Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan reported that his sources stated that WWE officials recently made another change to their NXT events schedule. Brennan reported that the scheduled NXT taping on November 5th at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida was recently cancelled.
Brennan reported that the exact reason for this cancellation is currently not known. Brennan also reported that WWE might potentially be holding a double set of tapings the week prior due to WWE’s scheduled trip to Saudi Arabia for their upcoming Crown Jewel 2024 event on November 2nd.
In regards to a recent report from WrestleVotes Radio about WWE cancelling their NXT LVL UP (NXT Level Up) series, Brennan reported that those spoken to have not heard of any plans of WWE to stop tapping matches and shows for NXT LVL UP. Those spoken to reportedly stated that NXT officials currently has stacked matches planned for upcoming episodes.
One source spoken to reportedly stated that they felt it would be a mistake to discontinue NXT LVL UP due to it providing debuting and newer talent television experience before moving up to their main NXT show.
