TNA Wrestling talent Jai Vidal reportedly was recently granted his release from the company and is currently a free agent, according to Fightful Select.
Sean Ross Sapp reported that his sources stated that Vidal had become frustrated over TNA’s creative process and other issues of late leading to him requesting and being granted his release from the company.
Sapp reported that while Vidal had received recognition for being the first openly gay wrestler in TNA history, Vidal had told others within the company that he felt like him stressing the importance of representation was not being reciprocated by TNA officials.
Sapp reportedly that it is currently not known how much time Vidal had left on his multi-year deal prior to his departure.
Prior to his departure, Vidal had been with TNA since November of 2022.
