As noted here on the website over the weekend, former WWE talent Scott Hall appeared at an I Believe In Wrestling event on Saturday at the Downtown Orlando Recreation Center in Orlando, Florida. Hall, who appeared to have difficultly walking, opened and closed the show addressing the small audience. He also participated in an angle with TNA Superstar Jesse Neal.
