AEW held a new television tapings for AEW Collision on Wednesday at the Lakefront Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana.
This taping will be for this week’s Collision Playoff Palooza episode on Saturday, April 26th.
This taping was held after AEW’s Dynamite tapings that night in the same venue.
Full results from AEW Collision tapings on April 26th:
- Swerve Strickland came out but before he could say anything, The Young Bucks (Matthew & Nicholas Jackson) interrupt. The Young Bucks stated that they have moved Strickland match up and it will take place right now.
- Swerve Strickland defeated Blake Christian. Following the match, the Young Bucks attacked Strickland leading to Kenny Omega running out for the save. The Young Bucks attack Omega leading to Omega countering and hit Snapdragons to both of them. Omega then attempted to hit a V-Trigger only for the Young Bucks to escape.
- AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator match – “Timeless” Toni Storm (c) defeated Queen Aminata
- Max Caster Open Challenge Series match – Hologram defeated Max Caster
- Anna Jay defeated enhancement talent. Following the match, Penelope Ford and Megan Bayne came out resulting in Bayne hitting several F5s to Jay.
- Tornado Tag match – The Cru (Action Andretti & Lio Rush) defeated Top Flight (Darius & Dante Martin)
- ROH World Championship – Bandido (c) defeated Dralistico
- RUSH defeated AR Fox
- FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood) defeated Paragon (Kyle O’Reilly & Roderick Strong). Following the match, Adam Cole came out followed by Daniel Garcia with a crowbar. Garcia threatened to attack FTR with it.
