Penta & Advances to Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WWE Money in the Bank 2025

Monday’s WWE RAW show at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida featured two Qualifying matches for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank 2025.

The first was Penta defeating Chad Gable and Dragon Lee in a Triple Threat match.

The second was Seth Rollins defeating Finn Balor and Sami Zayn in a Triple Threat match.

As a result of their victories, Penta and Rollins joins LA Knight and Solo Sikoa as those who have officially qualified for this year’s Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.

  • WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship – Becky Lynch vs. Lyra Valkyria (c)
  • Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match – Solo Sikoa vs. LA Knight vs. Penta vs. Seth Rollins vs. TBD vs. TBD
  • Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match – Alexa Bliss vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Giulia vs. TBD vs. TBD
  • John Cena & Logan Paul vs. Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso

El Hijo del Vikingo Makes Appearance on Monday’s WWE RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured Lucha Libre AAA talent El Hijo del Vikingo making an appearance.

Vikingo was shown seated in the crowd at the start of the show and prior to the start of the Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat match between Penta, Chad Gable, and Dragon Lee. During the match, Vikingo interfered and ended up costing Gable the chance at the victory.

Vikingo has made several appearance for WWE since this past April’s announcement of WWE acquiring AAA and to hype up his upcoming match against Gable at this June’s Worlds Collide 2025 event.


AAA Mega Title Match Announced for WWE Worlds Collide 2025

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured one newly updated match announced for the card of Worlds Collide 2025, which takes place on June 7th at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California.

This newly updated match announced was an AAA Mega Championship match of El Hijo el Vikingo vs. Chad Gable.

In an interesting note, Alberto El Patron is the current AAA Mega Champion and is currently scheduled to defend his title against Vikingo at AAA’s upcoming show on May 31st in Mexico.

  • WWE NXT Championship – mystery opponent vs. winner of “All Ego” Ethan Page/Ricky Saints (c)

Liv Morgan Makes Surprise Return on Monday’s WWE RAW Show

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured current one half WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Liv Morgan making her surprise return to the RAW brand.

During the show, Judgement Day were seen backstage in their clubhouse area. Roxanne Perez walked up to Dominik Mysterio with a giant tray of chicken nuggies to appease him. Perez told Mysterio that his shoulder looks sore and started to rub it which led to Morgan showing up and saying “Konnichiwa, bitches!” Morgan then noticed what was happening and gave an upset look and stated Raquel Rodriguez has kept her up to date with what has been happening and the clubhouse and stated its’s interesting. Morgan then stated that she will address this later but for now she is going to go to Adam Pearce to get a Money in the Bank Qualifying match. Rodriguez then laughed at Mysterio and Balor responded with a laugh ans says its great to have Morgan back. Carlito then told Mysterio to not eat Perez’s nuggies.

This was Morgan’s first appearance since the April 28th WWE RAW show.


New Stips Set for WWE Women’s I.C. Title Match at Money in the Bank 2025

Monday’s WWE RAW show also featured two new stipulations set for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship match of Becky Lynch vs. Lyra Valkyria (c) at Money in the Bank 2025, which takes place on June 7th at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California.

These new stipulations are if Becky Lynch fails to win the title, then she can never challenge for the title again but if she wins, then Valkyria must raise her hands in the air just like she did for Valkyria when she won the NXT Women’s Championship from her.

These new stipulations were setup following a promo segment involving Valkyria and Lynch on the show over both of the talking about their bad blood issues with each other and their upcoming title match.
