TNA star Jeff Hardy is back in court today in Moore County, North Carolina. Jeff arrived earlier this morning with his lawyer. The hearing was scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. ET. The judge met with Hardy’s attorney and the assistant district attorney for Stanley County in North Carolina. Hardy’s attorney (James Van Camp) then waved Hardy out of the room while the judge told him he had one-hour to return to court for his hearing. The belief is that some kind of a deal will be made today to avoid another continuance.
Hardy was arrested back in September of 2009 and has been in and out of court ever since.
UPDATE: It appears the hearing will be pushed back to later this week. We believe it’ll be this Thursday but can’t confirm that just yet.
