Tonga Loa Makes Surprise Return & Hikuleo Makes Surprise Debut at WWE Night of Champions 2025

Saturday’s WWE Night of Champions 2025 event also featured Tonga Loa making his surprise return from injury and Hikuleo making his surprise debut in WWE.

During the WWE United States Championship match between Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, The Bloodline’s JC Mateo ran out to interfere and help out Sikoa. This led to the referee being distracted and a mystery person running out and attacked Fatu. This mystery person was revealed to be Loa and proceeded to hit Fatu with a spinning neckbreaker off the ropes.

After some more action between Fatu, Sikoa, and Sikoa’s buddies at ringside, the referee got distracted again leading to Hikuleo showing up and pulled Fatu out of the ring. Hikuleo then grabbed Fatu by the throat and chokeslammed him through the announcer’s table. This led to Hikuleo tossing Fatu back into the ring and Sikoa giving a happy look and picked up Fatu to hit him with a Samoan Spike for the pinfall victory to become the new champion.

After the match, Sikoa celebrated with Hikuleo and the rest of his Bloodline group as Fatu looked on upset.

This was Loa’s first appearance since November of 2024 due to a torn biceps injury.
