Two New Matches Set for 8/22 WWE SmackDown Show
WWE SmackDown General Manager announced two new matches for the card of this Friday’s WWE SmackDown show at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland.
The first new match announced was a singles match of Charlotte Flair vs. Piper Niven.
The second new match announced was a tag team match of the Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) vs. two members of The MFTs (Solo Sikoa, Tonga Loa, Talla Tonga, & JC Mateo).

WWE Reportedly To Hold NXT No Mercy 2025 This September in Fort Lauderdale
Post Wrestling’s John Pollock reported that his sources stated that WWE currently has scheduled for this year’s NXT No Mercy event to take place on Saturday, September 27th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This will be the first NXT PLE to not go head-to-head with an AEW pay-per-view event since this past April.
A&E WWE Programming Ratings – August 17, 2025
This past Sunday’s WWE LFG episode drew 174,000 viewers on A&E. This episode also drew a 0.03 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
This was up compared to last episode’s 107,000 viewers and 0.02 18-49 demographic rating.
This past Sunday’s WWE Greatest Moments doubleheader first episode drew 164,000 viewers on A&E. This episode also drew a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This episode focused on Shocking Moments of the 80s.
This down compared to last week’s doubleheader first episode of 193,000 viewers but equal to its 18-49 demographic rating.
This past Sunday’s WWE Greatest Moments doubleheader second episode drew 163,000 viewers on A&E. This episode also drew a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demographic. This episode focused on Booker T.
This was up compared last week’s doubleheader second episode of 140,000 viewers 0.03 18-49 demographic rating.
